The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from McCarthy's Bar & Bistro site.
You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Order Fulfillment
When you submit your order you are allowing McCarthy's Bar & Bistro to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via telephone, email or letter.
Delivery
From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 working days, however please allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery. For bulky items which cannot be delivered though a standard letter box please ensure someone is a vailable to receive the parcel. A post and packaging charge depending on the item ordered is payable on orders placed on this website.
We deliver to Republic Of Ireland only - international delivery or export is not available at this time.
Amendment & Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
